GoatHead Audio rents professional recording equipment with local pickup in Las Cruces, NM. Interfaces, microphones, preamps, headphones, in-ear monitors, and drum mic kits. The same gear we use on our own recording sessions: maintained, tested, and reliable.

Microphones: • Shure SM7B: $50/day • Shure SM58 / SM57: $10/day each • Shure Beta 52A (kick drum): $15/day • Shure Beta 91A (boundary kick mic): $15/day • Shure PG DMK6 (full drum mic kit): $35/day
Accessories: • Cloudlifter CL-1 (inline preamp): $15/day • In-ear monitors: $15/day • AKG K631 headphones: $10/day

How Rentals Work
1. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance with what you need and your rental dates. 2. We confirm availability and hold the gear. 3. You pick up from our Las Cruces location with a valid ID and a card on file. 4. Use the gear. Return it on time and in the condition you received it.
No same-day rentals. No exceptions. We need time to test and prep gear before handoff.
Rental Terms
All rentals require a valid government-issued ID and a credit or debit card on file for security. You're responsible for the gear while it's in your possession. Normal wear is expected. Damage or loss will be charged to the card on file at replacement cost.
Daily rates apply per 24-hour period. Multi-day and weekly rates available on request for longer projects.
Service Area for Rentals
Pickup and return in Las Cruces only. We do not ship gear or offer delivery for rentals at this time. If you're in El Paso and need gear, contact us. We may be able to arrange something depending on the rental and timeline.
For recording sessions where we bring the gear and operate it, that's our recording service and is available across all of New Mexico and El Paso.
